Artwork Statement
Disruption of: ill heath, chronic pain, fatigue, fertility problems, adhesions, cysts, bowel and bladder issues, mental health, bloating. Endometriosis is the growth of the uterine-like tissue outside the uterus. This leads to significant disruption and damage within the body due to inflammation, scarring and formation of adhesions. Endometriosis is more than just a painful condition; it’s an invisible illness that affects many aspects of life. This one is for the Endo warriors.
About the artist
Jeannie Bowtell creates art with real passion. Over the years she has explored various mediums, finding inspiration from florals, equine art and her rural surroundings. Growing up around horses and her skilled horseman father sparked a passion for painting equine art. As a young artist, she drew portraits, as they were a stimulating challenge.
